The Carpetline service is a complete 5-layer campervan interior lining package: hex-embossed sound deadening on bare metal, a foil-faced thermoliner vapour barrier, Dacron cavity insulation, a bespoke ply-lining kit, and a premium automotive carpet finish. Optional extras include privacy glazing and commercial vinyl flooring. Fitted at our UK workshop — no DIY required.
The 5-Layer Installation Process
Acoustic Sound Deadening — Applied to bare metal
High-performance hex-embossed sound-deadening sheets stop panel resonance, eliminate metal "booming," and drastically reduce road noise — making your van noticeably quieter on every journey.
Thermal Barrier & Vapour Protection — Over the sound deadening
A premium foil-faced foam thermoliner acts as a highly efficient thermal barrier and vapour control layer — preventing moisture buildup and condensation behind the panels year-round.
Dacron Cavity Insulation — Deep body cavities
Advanced Dacron thermal loft insulation is packed into deep body cavities, trapping air to maximise heat retention in winter and keep the interior cool in summer.
Bespoke Ply-Lining Kit — Wall framework
A full, precision-cut ply-lining kit replaces factory boards, creating perfectly flat, rigid walls and door cards ready for a flawless carpet finish.
Premium Automotive Carpet Finish — Visible interior
Heavy-duty automotive carpet is meticulously applied throughout, delivering a seamless, soft-touch interior that is incredibly durable and easy to maintain.
