Gas Safe Certificate Add-On to Annual Habitation Service

Gas safety add-on for rental campervans, caravans and motorhomes

Preparing your vehicle for the rental season? Book this LPG gas safety add-on alongside the CCCampers Annual Habitation Service. It is aimed at campervan hire businesses, motorhome rental operators and caravan owners who hire out or live in their vehicles.

This is an additional service, not a complete habitation service or a standalone booking. The annual habitation service must be booked separately. Your vehicle is brought to our Worcestershire workshop for the work.

How this relates to your habitation service

Our annual habitation service already includes checks of the LPG regulator, hoses and pipes, gas tightness, cylinder security and fitted gas-appliance operation. This add-on is for rental customers who need to discuss additional gas-safety inspection and documentation requirements alongside those routine habitation checks.

LPG inspection and testing

• Visual inspection of accessible LPG components for damage, deterioration, corrosion and loose fittings.
• Gas leak and tightness testing of the installation.
• Pressure checks to assess the LPG system's operation.

This service concerns the habitation LPG installation, not a vehicle's engine fuel system.

Before booking for a rental vehicle

Please tell us which gas appliances are fitted and what inspection record or certificate your rental platform, insurer or business requires. Confirm the required inspection scope and documentation with CCCampers before purchasing. A habitation check should not be assumed to provide a separate Gas Safe certificate or to satisfy every rental requirement.

The inspection is not a guarantee that the installation will pass. Any faults, repairs, replacement parts or further work will need to be discussed separately.

Book with your annual service
