CCCAMPERS Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. General Warranty Statement
All new CCCAMPERS conversions are covered by a 24-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, providing you with peace of mind.
This warranty is conditional upon adherence to the mandatory service schedule (see Section 5) and is transferable only with our prior written consent.
2. Warranty Scope and Limitations
This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any CCCAMPERS-manufactured part of your conversion that is proven to be defective, at no cost to you, when performed by a CCCAMPERS technician.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or fair use deterioration
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations not authorised in writing by CCCAMPERS
- Corrosion, rust, or damage caused by environmental exposure, chemicals, or after-market treatments
- Faults caused by lubricants, fluids, or third-party repairs or components not supplied or installed by CCCAMPERS
- Fitted products (e.g. fridges, cookers, heaters, lights, accessories, upgrades), as these are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty
- Repairs may take some time due to product supply and workshop schedules, but we always
aim to ensure that all repairs are completed within 12 weeks.
If a third-party product is replaced under its manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty period continues from the original date of purchase
Labour charges for removal and reinstallation may apply
Frost Damage:
If you do not have your vehicle winterised by CCCAMPERS each year, any frost-related damage to the water system (e.g. tanks, taps, pumps, pipes) will not be covered. By declining our winterisation service, you accept full responsibility for maintaining your vehicle against frost damage.
Batteries:
All batteries naturally degrade over time. Premature failure caused by over-discharging, undercharging, or storing the battery in a partial state of charge is not covered by any warranty.
Modifications:
Altering or removing any CCCAMPERS identification marks, removing CCCAMPERS branding, modifying the CCCAMPERS build in any way, or fitting unauthorised after-market accessories will void this warranty unless agreed in writing by CCCAMPERS beforehand.
3. Liability Disclaimer
CCCAMPERS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use of the vehicle, loss of earnings, or travel/accommodation costs during repair periods.
Our responsibility is limited solely to repairing or replacing the defective component.

Failure to complete these services on time or at a CCCAMPERS workshop may result in your warranty being suspended or voided.
5. Base Vehicle Warranty Responsibility
If CCCAMPERS supplies the base vehicle, your vehicle is covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty. CCCAMPERS has agreed A-Plan terms directly with the vehicle manufacturer to ensure that all CCCAMPERS works do not invalidate this warranty.
If you supply your own base vehicle for conversion, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained written confirmation from the vehicle manufacturer and dealer that our conversion works will not affect your warranty coverage.
CCCAMPERS cannot be held responsible for any loss of manufacturer warranty where this has not been arranged by you.
6. Transfer of Warranty
This warranty may be transferred to a new owner only with the prior written approval of CCCAMPERS.
The new owner must agree to continue the service schedule to retain warranty cover.
7. Zero Tolerance Policy
CCCAMPERS operates a zero-tolerance policy towards verbal or physical abuse of our staff or representatives.
Such behaviour will result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your warranty
- Refusal of further service or support
- Possible legal action
