Turn your customer-supplied Volkswagen ID. Buzz into a more practical campervan with a professionally fitted Stargaze rear-elevating pop-top roof. The roof hinges at the front and raises at the rear, creating useful standing headroom over the living area while keeping a streamlined profile when closed.

Fitting is carried out by CCCampers at our Worcestershire workshop by technicians trained to work safely around electric and hybrid vehicle systems. Prices start from £3,999 including VAT and installation. The VW ID. Buzz itself is not included.

Why choose a rear-elevating roof?

A rear-elevating roof is hinged at the front and rises towards the back of the vehicle. This places the greatest headroom over the rear living area, which can suit campervan layouts where cooking, storage or seating is positioned behind the front seats.

Built for campervan use

The zip-out Stargaze canvas opens the upper space to light and views, while mesh panels help with airflow and insect protection. The assisted mechanism makes the roof easier to raise and lower. Customers wanting an additional sleeping space can specify the optional roof-bed package after confirming the required layout and dimensions.
