320Ah or 640Ah Heated Lithium LiFePO4 Battery & Bidirectional DC-DC Charger Package

A supplied-and-fitted lithium battery and DC-DC charging system for campervans, motorhomes and compatible EV campervans. The 320Ah package uses 1 × AMPS LH12320. The 640Ah package uses 2 × AMPS LH12320 batteries, providing 8,192Wh total nominal capacity.

AMPS LH12320 Battery Specification

• LiFePO4, 12V nominal, 320Ah and 4,096Wh per battery at 25°C
• 300A continuous charge and 300A continuous discharge per battery, subject to safe operation and final installed system limits
• 300A JBD Bluetooth BMS with SOC, voltage, current flow, total kW, cycles and parameter monitoring through the app
• 100W heating element per battery, activated during charging below 0°C
• CC/CV charging: maximum 14.6V, recommended 14.4V, float 13.8V
• Protection: 10V cut-off voltage and 60°C cut-off temperature
• Fitment: designed for a standard AGM battery box, subject to final vehicle checks
• Warranty: five years per battery

What Is Not Included as Standard

• Final cable sizing, protection values and battery-bank limits are determined from the vehicle and installation design, not assumed from generic figures

Installation and Fitment Checks

The 640Ah option requires space for two batteries. Before fitting, CCCAMPERS check the vehicle, battery-box space, terminals, ventilation, cable routing, charging sources, activation method and system protection. Frequently Asked Questions

Which charger should I choose?
Choose BB1225 for the EV Campervan option. Choose BB1240 for Diesel and Petrol Motorhome applications where the higher-current charger, smart alternator compatibility and reverse-charge features are appropriate. CCCAMPERS confirm the final choice from the vehicle architecture.

Is the BBR remote control included?
BB1225 and BB1240 are BBR-compatible where fitted, but the BBR remote control is optional unless specifically included in the selected package.

Can I fit the 640Ah package in my campervan?
The 640Ah package contains 2 × AMPS LH12320 batteries. Space, terminals, ventilation and cable routing must be checked before installation.
