Why Rear-Opening?

The rear-opening design hinges at the front, raising the rear of the roof to provide full headroom over the living space. On a compact platform like the Dobò, this maximises interior layout flexibility and keeps your conversion layout clean. Reinforced B-posts maintain seatbelt mounting integrity and structural safety after roof removal.

EV & Hybrid Variants — We're Qualified

The Dobò platform is available in fully electric (e-Dobò) and hybrid variants, as are the Berlingo, e-Combo, and ProAce City Electric. CCCampers holds IMI EV & Hybrid Level 3 TechSafe accreditation — one of very few campervan workshops in the UK certified to carry out roof modifications on electrified vans safely.

No — due to the compact interior dimensions of the SWB Dobò platform, a roof bed option is not available for this fitment. Solar panel integration is available as an optional extra.

What is the difference between the SWB and XL/LWB versions?
This fitment is for the standard SWB body (approx. 4,403mm). If you have the longer XL or LWB variant of the Berlingo, Partner, or Combo, please contact us — we may have a separate fitment available.

How long does pop-top roof installation take?
Most fittings are completed within 3–5 days at our Worcestershire workshop. Lead times vary by season — book early to secure your slot.

Is the fitting included in the price?
Yes — the £3,199 price includes full professional installation by our NCC Academy Trained and IMI TechSafe registered technicians. VAT is included.

My van has modifications — can you still fit it?
In most cases yes. Please advise of any modifications prior to booking so we can assess compatibility and provide an accurate quote.
